Chris represents more than 20 years’ experience he has had oversight of and direct involvement in a broad range of successful projects throughout West Texas. He combines considerable experience on major projects with proven expertise in preconstruction, project management, and risk management. His extensive knowledge of market and trade conditions ensures each client is provided with the greatest value. His attention-to-detail and commitment to owner satisfaction have been integral to his success in construction, oilfield, engineering, and merchandising supplier & flooring master expert.

Sandra Ramirez Lujan

 For over 8 years of experience, Sandra continues to direct and coordinates operations including sales, purchasing, quality, safety, project management and ensuring client satisfaction. She also oversees project budgets and flow and assures project completion. Sandra has excelled as a woman in top management in a nontraditional field.

Sandra is passionate about upholding the company’s values, and she remains confident that she can help her community grow and thrive, one client at a time

As a recognized business leader, she continues to be a strong advocate for small business owners in the community., Sandra has developed personal and solid working relationships with business and community leaders, elected officials, trade union, and organizational representatives for building coalitions on business and community issues.


Sandra is a member of the Hispanic Women’s Network of Texas. HWNT’s Purpose is to seek to promote the advancement of women in public, corporate and civic life through education, personal and professional development. She is also serving as a volunteer for the South Texas Alliance for Orphans. She is a proud CASA advocate, (court-appointed special advocate), Sandra has also served as the Chair for the Odessa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce where she received an award for her contributions to Career Fest and In her Shoes project.

She is determined that her three young children see their parents engaged in the daily balance of work, family, and community and that they embrace the vigorous work ethic needed to accomplish their goals.
